How many homes will be in the Volaré?
Volaré will be a very exclusive neighborhood of only 18 single-family detached residences.
How large is the Volaré?
The Community totals approximately 3.7 acres.
Is Volaré gated?
Volaré will have an automated community gated entry. Each resident will be given specific gate openers for their private use. In addition, an electronic entry system will allow guests to communicate with residents for access automatically.
Are there amenities at Volaré?
Volaré is a community with a private street for the exclusive use of its residents and their pets. Common amenities and/or facilities also consist of landscaping, synthetic lawn, drives, walls, lighting, gates, and mailboxes.
What type of subdivision is Volaré?
Volaré is a common interest development of the type referred to as a condominium. It will be operated by an incorporated owner's association. You will receive fee title to a specified unit, an undivided fractional fee interest in common in the common area, together with membership in the Association and rights to use the common area.
What are the monthly Homeowner's Association dues at Volaré?
Each of the 18 single-family residences will be part of the Volaré Master Community Association. The Build-Out Master budgeted homeowner's association dues are currently at $287 per month. The fee will cover management, insurance, and maintenance of Volaré which includes the front entry gate, landscaped entry, landscaped retention basin, along with all common walls and areas.
What is the tax rate at Volaré?
The annual tax rate is 1.224% of the home's total purchase price.
Are Short Term Rentals (STR) allowed at Volaré?
Yes, Volaré owners may lease a Unit for short term vacation rental purposes, including Airbnb, or transient purposes. Please refer to Volaré's CCRs for further information.

Volaré features a gated private cul-de-sac street with only 18 new homesites. Homesites range from 4,440+/- to 7,420+/- square feet. The private and gated cul-de-sac minimizes traffic within the community.
