- Volaré is a community with a private street for the exclusive use of its residents and their pets. Common amenities and/or facilities also consist of landscaping, synthetic lawn, drives, walls, lighting, gates, and mailboxes.

- Volaré is a common interest development of the type referred to as a condominium. It will be operated by an incorporated owner's association. You will receive fee title to a specified unit, an undivided fractional fee interest in common in the common area, together with membership in the Association and rights to use the common area.
